The Mere Golf and Spa Resort on 2nd March 2022

We are excited to share our plans to introduce a UK loyalty mechanic to the McDonald's App.

Customers will be asked to to identify themselves as a ‘known customer’ and once opted into the My McDonald’s Rewards program, App customers will earn points when they transact with us. Customers can complete their journey in full on Mobile Order and Pay (MOP) or identify themselves at the Drive-thru, Kiosk or counter where they can manage their order and complete payment.

Franchisees, Supervisors and Business Managers are invited to attend an engagagement session at The Mere Resort on the 2nd March where we will share launch plans for this customer friendly, digitally led initiative and to help you understand the important role you will play in supporting a successful launch.

On the day we plan to cover programme mechanics, business assumptions and key learns from the pilot restaurants that have done a fantastic job of testing the Tech , Operational and Marketing elements of the program over the past year.

There will also be an opportunity to see the customer and crew journeys for each ordering channel with a tech demonstration on the MyMcDonald’s App, Kiosk and POS.
